RUNderful 5K: Race for People of All Abilities

  • Center for All Abilities 136 Henry Street New York, NY, 10002 United States (map)

For the third year in a row, Center for All Abilities brings you its virtual Runderful 5K!  Join us to race at your own pace, any place, anytime throughout the month of October 2022.

This year, the race gets BETTER with an option to participate in a group run (or walk, bike, etc!) in Chinatown/Lower Manhattan on October 29, which will end with dim sum brunch party!

Let’s all come together as a community and race towards our commitment to supporting and celebrating those of all abilities, including children, youth and adults from neurodiverse backgrounds!

Race options (you will be re-directed to an Eventbrite page for registration):

1) Virtual Run: Race at your own pace, any place, anytime during the month of October 2022 (check out the "Virtual Race" tab for directions on how to record your run!)

2) Chinatown Run: October 29, Saturday, 8:15AM

This race begins and ends at Center for All Abilities' office in Chinatown.  We will race along the FDR, on the waterfront of Manhattan's Lower East Side. Take in views of the East River, as well as the Williamsburg, Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges as you complete the 5K, and enjoy a dim sum brunch after-party!

All participants will receive a printable race bib upon registration & Certificate of Completion after the race. This year, participants will also get a limited-edition race tee!
